  Description

A path at altitude, which follows the military path, laid by the Austrian and German troops during the First World War. The walk departs from the chair lift at the Doss dei Gembri chalet. Once on path 139 crossing Val della Mite eastwards and the southern slopes of the Crozi di Taviela you arrive at the moorish anphitheatre of the Val Cadini crossing the Val degli Orsi, where nature appears in its wild and beautiful state. Today, the path is still marked out by all campsites and remains of military buildings, which do not fail to attract the attention of the walker. The mule path rapidly descends to the 122 signpost arriving at the old ruins of the Fort. The return journey crosses Frattasecca making good use of the military path (signpost SAT 124) until it reaches 125 to then descend rapidly to Pejo Fonti.
